…the DeVoses and investors close to them appointed four of the corporation’s nine directors, effectively giving the DeVos family control over Alterra’s board of directors and responsibility of facility operations. Even though they were in the minority, those four directors had veto powers over board decisions because the votes of at least two of THEM were required for any motions to pass
So? Not pertinent. Nobody cares. Too complicated! Nobody cares if my family had control. They don’t even care that I tried to hide it.
The important thing is that Dick Devos is all business and it’s hard in business to keep track of every little thing. Let’s put it this way: say all my money and investments are potatos. Well, in that case, Alterra is SMALL POTATOS, so gimmee a basket of FREEDOM FRIES and let me get back on the road to Take Back Michigan for the Corporations & Special Interests!
She’s also claiming credit for blocking me in Google. Curse you, Kommie Kittie! While she MAY be partly responsible, I have to believe she wasn’t working alone!
